SK recently launched Partners in Progress, its first-ever U.S. rewards and recognition program, which cuts across all SK operating companies and celebrates the incredible talent within our organization.

Employees and teams were nominated by their peers and leaders against key categories that align with our business, including: Builder for Tomorrow; Purposeful Partner; Social Value Hero; and a Colleague’s Choice category, Driving for Better.

Please join us in celebrating our winners, and a special thanks to our judges, Erin McGrain, Chris Conley, Yao Huang, and Paul Palonsky for their time and dedication to this program!

Builder for Tomorrow – recognizing an SK team that has redefined how we do things, and sets the standard for the future of our business

  • Hailing from SK hynix memory solutions America, Amit Gupta, Gon Oh, and Daniel Lee were selected for their strategic vision and ability to drive alignment within their business.

Purposeful Partner – recognizing an SK team that has demonstrated exceptional collaboration and partnership

  • Representing SK Siltron CSS are Sungchul Baek, Henry Jang, MK Ju, Alex Kim, Andrew Kim, Brad Kim, Eric Kim, Charles Lee, Bryan Ryu, and Austin Song. This team was awarded for its efforts in honing the company’s technology and scaling up the processes needed for high volume manufacturing.

Social Value Hero – honoring a colleague who delivers social value and creates positive change in our communities

  • Jennifer Rhee of SK hynix America was selected as our Social Value Hero, for her commitment to both employees and the community. Jennifer has designed and implemented many of SK hynix America’s volunteer efforts, including: toy, clothing and back to school drives, as well as the company’s ongoing partnership with the Second Harvest Food Bank.

Colleague’s Choice: Driving for Better – honoring a colleague who has exhibited extraordinary performance, while helping to strengthen our company culture

  • Manfai Lee, AMPAC Fine Chemicals was chosen by SK employees as the Driving for Better winner. Though it was an extremely tight race, Manfai was selected for showing an exemplary commitment to AFC, to his role and to his colleagues.
