SK Inc. and SK Materials Merge to Strengthen its High-tech Materials Business
SK Inc. completes a merger with its advanced materials arm, SK materials, by absorbing its investment unit and establishing a new wholly-owned subsidiary operating business units. SK Inc. will further expand its expertise in areas such as semiconductors and battery materials.
